Suspect Wanted in Connection to Homicide at John Day Motel

The Grant County District Attorney’s Office in Oregon is seeking public assistance in locating Gary Dylan Cavan, 42, a person of interest in a homicide investigation. He is deemed armed and dangerous and was last seen in Baker City. Tips can be reported to Detective Zac Downing of the Oregon State Police.
